A fair number of  friends have asked: "Hey Dave, why the flag?"

Because I like it. I like the way it looks and I like the address. And it's features are unique. I can use what ever pigments I want to represent it and it remains unmistakable as the flag of The United States of America.

(And if it's good enough for Jasper Johns, well, I guess  it's good enough for me.)
